Hotwire's price for this hotel was $135/night for May 13 and 14, but the hotel website had a rate of $99 so I successfully received double the difference from Hotwire and ended up paying $63 per night before taxes and fees.

When I checked in I asked for a king bed and was curtly told that the internet rate I paid was valid only for a double bed. The room (#510) was unimpressive. It had a view of a brick wall and the double bed was so "short" my 6'2" tall husband's feet hung over the bed by a good 6 inches. The pillows were ridiculously soft and flat as pancakes. There was no coffee/tea in the room but coffee was available in the lobby. Service was not rude but not friendly either. Housekeeping responded to our request for extra pillows promptly.

For a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World I can't figure out why this hotel is considered luxury. It was adequate and nothing more. Given the price I paid I suppose I can't complain, but I will not rush to stay here again.
