craezie Posted February 3, 2008 Report Share Posted February 3, 2008 Breakfast, Fitness, Pool, Laundry, Hi-SpeedBooked this because our friends live in this area and I had a $10 HW coupon, knowing that I was in uncharted waters because people haven't posted for this area. There are several hotels in this area such as Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, and a pretty nice Holiday Inn. I figured that I would probably be getting one of these 4.Did NOT expect La Quinta. Since when is La Quinta a 3 star hotel?? It is specifically listed as an example of a 2* (not even 2.5) on Hotwire's site. So I guess that I am stuck, but not too happy. We will see what this place is like. Has anyone ever sucessfully complained about a star level and gotten any kind of redress? Link to comment
thereuare Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 La Quinta properties on HOTWIRE are usually 2.5* rated, but we have seen some rated as high as 3 stars and some as low as 2 stars. Even if a property is not listed, we can often help to ID it and take an educated guess, so feel free to ask for help in indentifying properties which you may not be sure of.Thanks for sharing your results with the board and helping us add this property to the Hotwire Hotel List.Hope you enjoy your stay (and that it's better than you expect).
