Hotwire Hotel: Kailu-Kona, 2* - Can't match up...

Cool site you have here! Was hoping maybe you could help me figure out which place this is -

I was looking on Hotwire to get some ideas before going to Pricewire to bid (5/5-5/7) and came up with a 2* offer for $59 - would have sworn it was Seaside (Hotwire says regular price $88 which is what Seaside internet price currently is for those dates) but it listed it as

3.5 rating on TravelAdvisor

with 20+ reviews

and last reviewed in December.

This doesn't match up at all with TA's Kona Seaside info - but I can't find anything else that does either...?

Boutique Hotel

Pool

High Speed Internet

Oceanfront

Laundry Facilities

Tennis Nearby

Any suggestions on what this could be? I'd take it but I'm a little leary since I can't even begin to guess which place this is...
