Go_Bucks Posted January 26, 2008 Report Posted January 26, 2008 If I am specifically after a resort and add a zone for a rebid (with no resorts), is there a risk of an 'upgrade' to a star level in the added zone?Since resorts are listed below all of the star levels, I want to make sure how Priceline treats them.I certainly don't want to be 'upgraded' to a 2 or 3* in a distant zone.TIA

Go_Bucks Posted January 26, 2008 Author Report Posted January 26, 2008 Phoenix North, AZ. Dates 2/23 - 2/27/08.
thereuare Posted January 26, 2008 Report Posted January 26, 2008 5 star hotels are considered higher than Resorts... so a Resort bid could get upgraded to a 5 star hotel (if available in the zones you select)See this thread for further details: Priceline Zone HierarchyIf you need help with a bidding strategy let us know.Good Luck.
