My first offer of $38 for 2* was not accepted in Milpitas, $40 was accepted when I added the Sunnyvale-Santa Clara zone and rebidded.I have not had luck in the past 3 months (I did not try during the holidays) bidding in the San Jose, SantaClara, Sunnyvale and Milpitas zones at less than $40 for 2*, and I had to settle for the South San Jose ESA. Now I know the price of getting into a more convenient location than South San Jose.
