EmilyAArrington Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 My boyfriend and I are planning a short trip to NYC so I can check out some pastry/culinary schools in the area. We want to go for 3-4 days at some point in the next year. I do know that we want to stay UM-CPS, 3* or 4*. There are only a few times over the next year that we cannot go, but anytime from Sept-Nov is out. Spring or Summer would be best.Any tips or help you guys have would be great. I'm new to the forum and to priceline but I have done a bit of reading on here and other forums. Thanks!
thereuare Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 Welcome to BetteBidding!Unless there is somehting particular occuring on a given set of dates, NYC is usually least expensive in the summer, so if budget is a concern, that would be the timeframe to focus on.I would also suggest expanding your zone preferences beyond just UM/CPS... NYC is so compact and mass transit inexpensive and readily accessible that most midtown locations work fine for the typical visitor.Once you firm up your dates please continue this thread (rather than start a new one) and we'll help you find a deal for your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
