I booked a flight thru their website as listed on the Entertainment Book and followed the instructions exactly. One month after I booked I received an email stating that I booked a retail flight and not a discounted one. When I called they told me that the discounted one would have been in red but how would I have known that? Has any one else had this problem? what can I do?
