Got a $75 counteroffer at $60, ended up at $70 for 3 nights.Wonderful hotel, excellent location if you enjoy shopping. Superb spa facilities, including pool, hot tub, sauna. Great hotel restaurant, same prices and menu available for room service which I ordered from twice; very reasonable prices and the food is great.Friendly staff, all in all a dream stay. If I visit Hamburg again, I hope to stay here.
