aberose Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 I will be in vegas Jan. 29 till the 31st. I see some good rates for the Palazzo. Should I go for it? Any reviews yet?
aberose Posted January 11, 2008 Author Report Posted January 11, 2008 I will be in Vegas for two nights from Jan. 29-31. How much are the 5* hotels going for? I am willing to spend up tp $170. I go every year, and in the past I got the Venetian for about $150.

aberose Posted January 13, 2008 Author Report Posted January 13, 2008 I put in what i paid for last years stay. Can you explain how I bump a thread? Now can anyone help me with my questions?
thereuare Posted January 13, 2008 Report Posted January 13, 2008 Rates at the Venetian for your dates above are $350/nite so it's very doubtful that $170 will be enough. However, there are also now other 5* hotels in this zone, as well as 5* hotels in the South Strip zone... are you willing to accept another 5* hotel on the strip or was the Venetian the only hotel you were targeting? aberose Posted January 13, 2008 Author Report Posted January 13, 2008 I am not hung up on the venitian even though I have stayed there quite a few times and was very happy. what other 5* are there that are given through priceline? Also, did they split the strip as far as zones go?
thereuare Posted January 13, 2008 Report Posted January 13, 2008 If you look at the Priceline Hotel List you'll see that TheHotel has been won at the 5* level in the South zone. As well, the Bellagio is also believed to a possible 5* in the South zone... and the Wynn another possible 5* in the North zone.Do you want to bid with the other 5* possibilities? If so, are both zones acceptable? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
aberose Posted January 13, 2008 Author Report Posted January 13, 2008 Have they been won through Priceline?
