1337
Just a quick FYI on the Best Western at TUL:Last week, I was visiting Tulsa, and I stayed in the ExtendedStay America ($35/night + $25 off coupon, bought on ESA website). The ESA was comfortable and affordable as always, but when I was on the bus headed for the airport, I got a call from American Airlines, which said that my flight back to Chicago was cancelled! I was rescheduled to depart at 6 AM from TUL the next morning. In my scramble to find a room for the night, I chose Best Western Airport, because of its free airport shuttle service. I didn't have time to fiddle with priceline, so I booked it on Expedia for $52. When I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed. The room smelled like smoke, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom fixtures were falling apart. I recommend avoiding this hotel. Link to comment
