Hotwire Hotel: Montreal Help

I am trying to identify a Montreal hotel on Hotwire. I am looking for a room in Downtown Montreal from July 16-18. Hotwire is showing the following in my price range.

3* for $98; amenities are restaurant, pool, fitness center, business center, & spa sevices.

3.5* for $76; amenities are airport shuttle, restaurant, and fitness center.

I was hoping that someone might be able to assist me in identifying the hotels. I was speculating that the 3* might be the Wyndham; however, I checked online and noticed that the Wyndham has changed names and is now a Hyatt. Not really sure what to think, as I am new to this.

Also, does anyone know how accomodating hotels are with bed requests? I am hoping to get a room with 2 doubles, and was wondering if people have run into problems when checking in.

Not sure of the 3*, but the 3.5* seems to resemble the Novotel (which is notorious for changing the amenity icons associated with it).
