I was hoping to get the Westin but after a day of bidding and looking around at listed prices (high prices and low availability!) I decided to aim low. I saw $154/night listed on Hotwire matching Maui Kaanapali Villas, so I bid $110 and then $120 on Priceline and won.

5. January 3rd, bid $110 2.5* in Lahaina, got a counter offer of $132, rebid $120 adding Wailea and won Resortquest Maui Kaanapali Villas
