Hotwire Hotel: 4* Punta Cana Dreams

The Resort amenities are below. We are looking for a 2 person stay, this is a 4 star all-inclusive in Punta Cana, June 22nd thru July 2nd. Looks like a pretty good deal, would like to check out the hotel on Trip Advisor if anyone knows what it is. Thanks!

Ok, great. In the Hotwire hotel list, it has the following 4 star places:

Grand Flamenco Punta Cana by Occidental

Are you sure it is not that one? I was really hoping it is Dreams, that would be awesome if it is, I am just a little bit afraid it is the Grand Flamenco. Also, how long do you think it will be 89 dollars? do you think it will drop at all? Thanks!

I can't see the name either :), but my best guess is that this is Dreams as it matches the known amenities for that property, while it does not match what has previously been reported for the Grand Flamenco.

You could see if this same hotel (based upon amenities and star rating) appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance of your stay. If so, you can purchase the first nite in order to 'look behind the curtain', if you're satisfied then book the balance of your stay; if not make other plans for the balance. There is a very slight risk that after you make the first purchase the same hotel won't appear when you go to make your second purchase OR that you receive some other hotel with the same exact star rating and ameniteis... both of these would be rare occurance in this instance (imo), but a risk that you would need to be willing to accept.

As far as the price going down, nobody can say, but how much cheaper do you think an all-inclusive property would go for... and remember that the price can also go up OR this property could disappear entirely and no longer be offered thru HOTWIRE for your dates. If your research indicates that this is a good price for an all-inclusive property in this area then i would take it.

I don't believe Dreams has a Resort fee. Also, HOTWIRE has started to state any resort fees on their check-out page... although this is new so it may not be up to date for all properties in the system yet.
