Hotwire Hotel: 3 1/2 star Downtown Tampa

Sorry to bother you, but any idea which hotel is the 3 1/2 star Downtown Tampa hotel for 2/2 - 2/4/2008 at $89? It shows 5.3 miles to TPA and 14.7 miles top PIE; also fitness center, restaurants, high-speed internet, pool, business center. It also shows onyl 2.5 of 5 on tripasvisor. Any idea of the place and if it's a good deal, especially given the low tripadvisor score. Thanks for your help.

The above is a match for both the Hyatt and the Sheraton so either of these could be likely, but i'd favor it being the Sheraton and that would be our best guess.
