Hotwire Hotel: 3* San Juan Embassy Suites

$219 a night - seems like it might be the InterContinental but since it's now listing the Pool(s) I wasn't 100% sure. Also, is $219 too high? Thank you!!

The amenities above are slightly different than those for the Inter-Continental, but they do match the El San Juan Hotel and Casino, so that would be our best guess as to the property you're seeing above.

Not sure what you're looking for from this stay, but what appears to be the Caribe Hilton is available thru HOTWIRE for $135/nite. If you're looking for 'real beach' this probably isn't the place for you as their beach is very small and man-made (not what i think of when i think of 'the beach') but the pool area is nice and we enjoyed your stay there a few years ago... but again, it really depends upon what you're looking for from this stay.

Thank you so much for the quick response. I'm not really sure what I'm looking for but my mother, who will accompany me on this trip, is insisting on Embassy Suites which doesn't seem to come up on Hotwire at this time. I figured the Intercontinental was a good second choice according to what I've read (I'm more of a 4*, big beach access kind of person). I'll have to research the El San Juan (also in the same neighborhood as Embassy Suites and the Intercontinental) and read the reviews and of course I will use your HOTWIRE links if I book through them. UPDATE: I waited until today to book my hotel and was able to get the 3* Embassy Suites in San Juan from 1/15-1/20 for $145.00 a night. I used the HOTWIRE link you provided earlier in this thread and it was quick and easy plus very obvious that the hotel would be Embassy Suites from the list of amenities. Thanks, I'm saving about $100.00 a night and my mom will be very happy that she will have her breakfast buffet. Should I have started a new thread for this win? Thanks again!!
