I linked to Priceline thru Savingsbarn.com. I have been trying to get a good deal for a couple of weeks. Today I got one. I used the following strategy:

1st bid: $115 MTE

2d $125 MTE and Times Square

3d $135 MTE, Times Square and MTW

Got the Grand Hyatt for $135. This is the third year we have done this for this weekend. Two years ago we got it for $109 and last year it was $110. Seems like everything is more expensive this year but I am still very happy with this deal. The Grand Hyatt is a great place to stay. Having Grand Central so close is great - subways, food, etc. Thanks again to BetterBidding for providing such a great resource.

Congratulations on your win!

Glad to see you get another great deal.

If i didn't mention in previous years, for breakfast in this area i always recommend Ess-A-Bagel on Third Ave at 51st Street... one of the best bagels in NYC and makes for a great, inexpensive, breakfast.

Thank you for sharing your results with the board and for using the SavingsBarn.com PRICELINE links to begin your bidding.
