Started bidding at 39 and after a few rebids by playing with zones bid 45 for 3*.

Got counter offer for 13 more, so i rebid again with $47 and got it.

This property has not gotten favorable reviews on tripadvisor but i'm going to keep an open mind and bear in mind a lot of the negative review was also based on dated decor and bang for the buck. for my price i think i did fairly well.
