My winning strategy of checking hotels and identifying them on Hotwire first before undercutting that price on Priceline came through again!Looked at prices in Downtown, Airport and Beach on Hotwire. Noticed that 4* Downtown was available for $89 and identified that here as the Renaissance. Went to Priceline via Savingsbarn link and bid as follows:$50 rejectedrebid $55 rejectedrebid $60 rejectedrebid $65 rejectedrebid $70 rejectedrebid $75 accepted!Absolutely thrilled with this as hotel costs $199 on their site. I can't say enough how much this site has helped me (and saved me $!).-Laura.
