Best guess would still be the Holiday Inn Express... although not really sure.

Holiday Inn Express seems to have a spotty "Pets Allowed' policy - some in Indy allow, and some don't - so I'm on the fence with this one...

The Holiday Inn Express is just a guess and if you need a pet-friendly hotel i wouldn't recommend using the opaque providers (nor this HOTWIRE property since the HI Express is speculation and not even confirmed with a previous win)
