Glad you 'won' a hotel, but as an FYI you did have re-bid zones available if you really wanted to be in your first choice of Union Square West.

Also, i think dividing the Union Square area into two zones is a new development, do you know if it is so?

Any board members that know the area well and can help figure out which properties in our list should remain in the Union Square/Embarcadero zone and which should be moved to the new Union Square West zone would be appreciated.

My friend used to live across the street from this hotel. It is in a good location, but you must go down some funky staircase to get to Union Square. The location is good, but its at the bottom of a very, very steep hill. The hotel is very nice though, Ive seen the rooms.
