Im looking for the hotel fitting this description. Did a search using the betterbidding HOTWIRE link.

3* 79$ Dec.8, for 3 adults

The property above has not yet been identified. If i were to take a guess, i'd think maybe the Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express would be a good possibility.

I'll also add that if you're interested in the Holiday Inn Midtown, you can book it HERE for $84/nite, just about the same price as above (since thru this link there is no booking fee, so equivalent to ~$78/nite on HOTWIRE)

Sorry for the confusion, but as per the Holiday Inn website:

Holiday Inn Midtown

420 SHERBROOKE W. HWY 2, QUEBEC

...while the property at 155 BLVD RENE-LEVESQUE EAST is a Holiday Inn Express (a lower class than 'full fledged' Holiday Inns)

Almost all EasyClickTravel reservations are cancellable, so if you're not happy with the results you could cancel and make other plans, but it sounds as if this will work out for your needs nonetheless?
