when i search HOTWIRE now i get $109 with 43% saving from 190 with same hotel amenities.

Is this same hotel as the first one with 89 per night or different hotel?

My guess is that it's the same property... all the info is still the same (TA ratings, Customer Favorite designation, amenities, etc)
