micheles
it is my birthday in january and i have been going nuts trying to decide where to goi did want hawaii but the length of journey makes it unreasonable for a week and a biti have always wanted to see monument valley - so this is my next great planwe would fly direct to phoenix and then drive north............is this a sensible plan? i have checked the weather and although cold there seems to be little precipitation..........i don't mind the cold so this wouldn't put me offwe would book a timeshare week in phoenix but expect to spend a few days near the monument parksis kayenta the best choice for accommodation? any advice would be gratefully receivedthanks :) Link to comment
blindman
I would do a 'tour' of the Canyon Lands instead of basing myself in PhoenixFantastic sceneryIn January sunset is early so only short days in which to sight see. Link to comment
