first time using Priceline, and i utilized the suggested strategy from another Montreal thread.

actually booked it yesterday for a room today :)

select 4* Downtown...Bid $60,

if rejected add re-bid zone1... Bid $65,

if rejected add re-bid zone2... Bid $70,

if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously. Select 4* Downtown and re-bid zone3... Bid $75,

if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $80,

if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $85,

if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 4* Downtown and re-bid zone4...Bid $88,

if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $90,

if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $93,

if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 4* Downtown and re-bid zone3 and re-bid zone4...Bid $95,

if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $98,

if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $100

i got to $88, and it accepted my bid... got Le Centre Sheraton Montreal.

Taxes & Service Fees came out to $23.10 for a final price of US $111.10.
