I initially bid 3* Syracuse (University) for 65$, refused

70$ free rebid, refused

75$, adding another zone, refused

80$ adding another zone, refused

I guess the downtown hotels are full.

Then I bid the Syracuse East Area 2.5* for $55, accepted. Priceline then bumped me to 3* at the DoubleTree for a total of $70.27$ with tax and fee. My stay is one night Nov/17.
