Laurie0605 Posted April 29, 2004 Report Posted April 29, 2004 I tried bidding $47, $50, $55 and finally received this hotel at the rate of $60 per night for our July stay. They will be finished renovating by this time, so maybe that is why the priceline rate is higher than previous bidders reported.
thereuare Posted April 29, 2004 Report Posted April 29, 2004 Congratulations on your win.The higher rate could be any number of factors: completed renovations, higher general occupancy so firming pricing, higher occupancy on that particular weekend, a wedding or other event booking a block of rooms for those dates, etc, etc.Enjoy your stay and thanks for sharing.
