From my understanding for 5 nights or less there is a $75 clean up fee + a $5.00 a night maintenance fee. Still better than the $229+ a night we were going to pay for Hilton I-Drive.

Thanks! When I saw your post originally, I jumped at the chance and also booked Vista Cay for 3/15 - 3/19. We stayed at the Rosen Shingle Creek last summer and were so impressed with everything -- this should be more of the same! We're using this condo for 4 people, but I think we'll still have plenty of room.
