Looks like 3 may be castle kona reef,

2 may be aston shores at waikoloa,

and 1 might be castle kona bali kai.

Am I right?

Does oceanfront refer to the specific condo or to the entire property? ie if I book something on HOTWIRE marked as oceanfront, is it possible for the property manager to give us a condo with garden or mountain view instead of ocean?
