dallasguy2112 Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 Hi Everyone, Oh how I love this forum !I am planning to take a trip to Honolulu from 12/23/07 to 12/30/07 and am looking for a hotel there, location isn't that important as I will have a car and plenty of time. :-)I have a backup hotel reserved just in case the bidding falls through, but I would like to find a better deal on a nicer place. When should I start the bidding for the hotel ? Now, or a few days/weeks before my trip ?Thanks !

However, i'll add that this is likely a busy time in this area (school vacation) so i would begin sooner rather than later, imo. When you're ready to bid, let us know:dates of your stay (the check-out date of your post above differs from the topic title)minimum star rating you're willing to acceptzone(s) you're willing to acceptmaximum bid amountWe'll then be able to suggest a strategy for you to follow.
