Dear friend,

I want to bid for hotel rooms in New York ranging from November 13 to November 24. I want to stay in Midtown East in a 4 star hotel and I am willing to pay from $275 to $350 per room per night. The site gives me a "Favourite" 4* for about $350 in MTE and a 3* in MTC for $354.

Could you help me identify these hotels?

Thanks!

They say (4*MTE $339): "This upscale establishment offers thoughtful features, quality rooms and a high level of service".

Fitness, Restaurants, Business center, High speed internet and tennis nearby

They say (4*MTC $340): "This upscale establishment offers thoughtful features, quality rooms and a high level of service".

Fitness, Restaurants, Business center, High speed internet

They say (3.5* MTC $329): "This distinctive establishment offers comfortable rooms, personal service and some upscale features"

Fitness, Restaurants, Business center, High speed internet

A new option (3* MTE $236): "This midscale establishment offers more than just the basics in style, comfort and customer service".

Suite, Fitness, Restaurants, Business center, Kitchenette

Thanks!

The following would be our best guess for each:

1) Grand Hyatt or Inter-Continental

2) Helmesly Park Lane or Sofitel

3) Hudson Hotel

4) Beekman Tower (assuming it's a Hi-Speed Internet icon you're seeing and not a Business icon)

Thanks for the above!

What about this: (3* MTC $354) "This midscale establishment offers more than just the basics in style, comfort and customer service"

Fitness, Pool, restaurant, High Speed Internet

Is it possible to book, at the same time, at the same hotel, different rooms with different arrival and departure dates?

Thanks again

That would be a match for the Holiday Inn Midtown.

You cannot book rooms w/different arrival/departure dates in one transaction on HOTWIRE. A hotel that may be available on HOTWIRE your dates may not be available at all if you switch to other dates.

If you follow the link below, you could get a Club Floor room at the Westin Times Square for 11/18-24 for an average of $329 a night non-refundable. You could also get a Deluxe City View for $299 non-refundable.

Stay 4 nights, get 2 free

Go to the link above, search for 11/18-24 in New York City. The Westin Times Square should be one of the hotels on the list. Select that and a list of room options will come up. Each room option will have a charge for the first 4 nights (18th-22nd), but the last two (22nd-24th) would be free.

That would be in MTW, but this would be upgraded accomidations in a nice 4*.

So, the idea would be to spend 18th-24th at the Westin and the 13th-18th in a different hotel.
