maggieta Posted November 7, 2007 Report Posted November 7, 2007 Need suggestions on starting bids and what zone to bid first.I'm traveling with 4 other adults and looking for 2 rooms for 12/13/07-12/15/07. I'm hoping to get 2 rooms at a lower price than a suite. I have never been to new york so I don't know what zone is best. It seems like any zone will be fine since I'm spending time in all the zones except upper east and upper west. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
AaronJB Posted November 7, 2007 Report Posted November 7, 2007 What would be the max you would want to spend?
thereuare Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 I'm traveling with 4 other adultsSo are there 5 of you in total?I'm hoping to get 2 rooms at a lower price than a suite. What is the best price you're able to find on a suite (and at what hotel) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
maggieta Posted November 9, 2007 Author Report Posted November 9, 2007 the best price that I found for a suite is at embassy suites for $529 per night.I want to find 2 rooms for 5 adults for less than $529 a night
thereuare Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 I want to find 2 rooms for 5 adultsNote that Priceline only guarantees double occupancy, so fi you use Priceline there is a chance you could receive two rooms with only one bed in each (and no room for a rollaway)... is this a risk you're willing to take?If you're not willing to accept this risk and do go with the Embassy Suites, note that we're an affiliate and please use our link to the Embassy Suites NYC.
