Priceline Hotel: 2* Savannah (Midtown) Marriott Fairfield Inn

Thanks to this board, I was able to find a room in Savannah for $25 through Priceline. I only needed a clean place to spend the night while en route, and this fit the bill. I bid $25 for 2* for Savannah Gateway and was refused. Added midtown (based on a couple of other postings) and got the Marriott Fairfield Inn. This is a little out of the way for us, but for $25 including a continental breakfast, nothing but smiles on this end. Floridagal

The next time may I suggest that you try Brunswick Georgia for the same price and the 2* hotels (Baymont Inn, LaQuinta Inn, Hampton Inn and Ramada Inn) are right off I-95. All with Comp B'fast. :)
