He's a newbie and didn't know better than to start a new bid for a 2.5* rather than just lower his star rating and continue his same bid. To make a long story short...2.5* Holiday Inn Gateway (Cathedral Hill)1500 Van Ness AvSan FranciscoOffer price: $56Nights: 3Taxes & Fees: $30.50TOTAL: $198.50I'm sure he could have gotten something else in "better" zone had he played his cards right.
