spragujl Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 We stayed at the 2* ESA in Greensboro -Wendover Ave- with two rooms at $35 + 8 fees each on July 30, 2007. It was a last minute priceline bid and I worked down the star list - finally got this 2* ESA. Darn - and this particular one I would call a 1* rather than 2*. Small rooms, a bit older, a bit of a smell in rooms, a little bit dirty feel. Yes, they did have a sink, microwave, utensils & fridge. There is another ESA Deluxe and ESA All-Suites close by - both supposed to be more upscale than this one according to the lady at the office. This one has lots of construction guys in it and not really good for typical travelers. I'd stay away from 2*s in Greensboro - even at $35+.
