one is 4 star at $114, other is 3 star at 202

seems you cannot bid on the airport hotels with Priceline

I'm trying to get a 4* hotel at charles de gaulle airport for one night in november

my first bid at $90 was rejected but priceline offered me a 4* room at $140.00

I bid again after 24 hours, was turned down again and this time they offered the room at $170.00

question .. can I still accept the first offer of $140.00

I'm fairly new to this ..
