dhammer53 Posted October 11, 2007 Report Posted October 11, 2007 I bid 3* for the Radisson Hotel DFW airport. The hotel is 5 stories. It has a nice atrium and pool adjacent to the lobby. There is a lobby bar with free drinks between 5 and 7pm.Free computer available in the business center.Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. My room was at the end of the hallway. I opened the door to reveal a hugh room. How hugh? I measured the main part of the room as 14x18. That s 252 sq feet, not counting the entrance foyer, kitchen area, and bathroom (which was on the small size). There was a chaise lounge adjacent to the bed. This room was B I G. For $42, it was one of the larger non-suite rooms I've occupied. The room decor was warm and inviting, with a taste of southwest style. Nice new bedding and the sweet sleeper bed. That's where you get to adjust the mattress. Some like it, but I thought it was a toy! Good pillows and bedding. I slept well. I'd even pay the regualr rate it was so impressive. They don't give you Goldpoints on Priceline stays. The room was 4 star all the way. For once, priceline got this wrong!
