pants Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 I need a room for 2 nights, with two queen beds -- 10/17 and 10/18. I have never been to Vegas, and I would like to stay right on the strip (instead of a hotel that is a few blocks away), and my preference is to stay somewhere between the MGM Grand and Treasure Island. I want a 4*, but I'm not sure I could get the price I want to spend with Priceline -- which is less than $100 per night (I understand that taxes and fees could make this higher, which I'm OK with if it's not too much higher).I've never used Priceline before, so I figured I would ask for help because I'm a bit confused with how it works. From the maps that Priceline gives, it looks like I would be choosing "South Strip" for my bid. But I'm afraid that the area included by Priceline goes off of the strip itself, which I would rather not do if I can avoid it. Is there any way to choose specific hotels that you don't want to stay in?Any help is appreciated. Thanks very much.
