Hotwire Hotel: Manhattan Hotel 10/12-10/13

Hi All!!

I did a search on Hotwire for a hotel room for Friday Oct 12, 2007 to Oct 13, 2007.

It gave me a quote of $170 for a 4 star hotel in Midtown East. And for some reason it is giving me better prices for a stayover from Friday to Saturday than one from Thursday to Friday.

Do you guys have any ideas as to what hotel this is? I think this is a really good deal.

What are the amenities that HOTWIRE associates with the property you're being offered?

I saw this hotel, too (got the listing by Hotwire email). Unfortunately, they are not offering the same deal for Sat., Oct. 13, which is when I could use it. Guess I'll have to keep my reservation in NJ.

Amenities: "Customer favorite," fitness center, business center, tennis nearby, restaurants, high speed internet.

It looks like would be the InterContinental Barclay NY

This is a match for both the InterContinental Barclay as well as the Grand Hyatt, either of those would be our best guess, but i'd favor this one being the Inter-Continental The Barclay.
