Hotwire Hotel: 2.5* Hotel in San Juan?

I'm looking at a pre-cruise, one night stay in San Juan on Fri. Nov. 9. Hotwire is listing a 2.5* hotel for $136, but I don't see it on the hotel list. Any idea what that might be?

I'm also curious-- prices seem much higher that weekend than for surrounding weekends (not to mention my previous San Juan stays). Any idea why that might be? Some special event in San Juan going on?

Thanks for your prompt assistance, but we ended up passing on this hotel because we were able to find a better deal on our own. I had also gone up to $102 bidding on 3* rooms (which would've been $130 after taxes/fees) on Priceline and still no accepted offers or counteroffers.

We now have a room for 3 booked directly with the El Canario by the Lagoon, which is very highly rated on Trip Advisor, for about $115 after taxes/fees. Should be fine for one pre-cruise night!
