Priceline Hotel: Bidding Help for Maui - Resort - 12/31/07 to 1/4/08

Looking to get a Resort in the Ka'anapali Zone (preferred) for the dates of 12/31/07 to 1/4/08.

Looks like I have the following "Free'" bid zone :

Any help with a bidding strategy ?

What is your maximum bid for this stay?

I Would like to keep it to $200 or less...

I'm guessing that under $200 may be tough for these dates (Sheraton, Westin, and Hyatt are all showing sold-out), but with time your side and one re-bid zone, you can try as follows:

Select Resort...

Bid $125 (i doubt available, but might as well try), if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $155.

If/when rejected just post back and we'll revise to try again in 24 hours.

Actually, I just found our that we are pregnant !!!

I am not going to book this until early December, when I know everything is going great...

PS- we had a wedding to attend in Hawaii and took my daughter at 11 months old... so there is still travel after children, but it does get a bit tougher (and hopefully in the future it will get easier)
