Could be because my reservations were a little last minute.Tried from $48 to $55 over a period of 2 days but my bid was still not accepted. I also noticed that the prices were increasing on HOTWIRE so I got frustrated and increased my price to $66. This time, it was accepted and priceline offered me a 3* hotel instead.Oh, I also used the links on the savings barn website
