AEmgee
Saw that previous bidders were getting upgraded to this "resort" when bidding for a 3*. Therefore, bid $30 for a 3* in Scottsdale. Was "upgraded" to the Marriott Mountain Shadows Resort in Scottsdale.Congratulations, you got your price of $30 for a hotel room, and we've upgraded your hotel quality level to a resort hotel! Your Offer Price: $30.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $30.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $9.86 Total Charges: $39.86 Bidding on a resort will NOT get you this hotel! I tried bidding $30 for resort level and it was rejected. There is a small risk that one might actually get a 3* hotel in this zone though!Hotel is old and like a motel apparently, but for $30/night, one can hardly complain. Link to comment
