Never used Priceline or Hotwire for airfare.

1. Can the days be fixed?

2. Departure time is not important because there are only 1 flight out each day anyway.

3. Will I be routed to 50 millions places before I reach destination?

Today I checked $1250 w/ tax.

You can select the dates... but not the times.

You agree to at least one layover.

What is your maximum bid? (before taxes and fees... remember you don't get airline miles/points thru priceline purchases, which could be substantial on a trip such as this)

Thanks for the quick reply. I took a swing after reading your re-bidding, failed at $650 all the way up to $1150 at $100 increment. Since a ticket regular price is $1250 w/ tax and fee, I guess priceline can't help this time. I was glad that priceline didn't take my bid cuz I didn't realize I bid up to $1150. And you are right about the mileage. Thanks!
