Priceline Hotel: 4* Rome (Central) $110 OCT13-16 not accepted

tried to start at $110 for oct/13-16th, central rome.

rejected.

i cant get any more bids, cause the other locations all list 4* hotels (on priceline's site, there is no more back button)

although this page doesnt list any 4* for other locations. Priceline Hotel List any ideas how to get more bids :) ?
