Originally tried to get 3* in Northern VA (IAD) Zone. Bid $50, 65, 85, 110 and 135 all unsuccessfully. Then went to 2.5* with either IAD or Sterling OK and went the following route:

$50 which was accepted immediately :) Rate on Marriott Website $249.
