In addition, a 3-person room was available for $112 on the same date.

Now I think there may be some different between our room and a 3-person room on the day (view or floor), even if both room are 2 double bed room.

Yes, it is just one night 12/22 not 12/2. From 12/23-25, I got unbileavable rate of $139/night for Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Times Square through Marriott official website.
