The first hotel in the Champions Gate zone is a match for the Omni Champions Gate while the 4* in the Downtown Disney zone is a match for the Hyatt Grand Cypress, so those would be our best guesses for each.

I just got the Hyatt Grand Cypress so I am guessing that's what is showing at LBV/Downtown Disney.

IMHO, that is a MUCH better location and hotel than the Omni but it just depends on what you like and are looking for.
