uwatsry Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 We're traveling to NYC for the nights of 9/26-10/1. I have a room reserved for the 1st night at $104, but that was the only night they had available. So, I'm happy with bidding 9/27-10/1 on priceline. Areas - we don't care which zone. We've stayed in Times Square a few times, but don't mind other areas. We would like a 3*, but would settle for 2 1/2* if it would save us money. Also, are the 2*'s really bad? Max bid $200 a night. Suggestions? Thank you - Gwen
thereuare Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 Also, are the 2*'s really bad? Some are... and since you can't choose which one you will recieve, it is often recommend to stay away. Many have "issues" with 2.5* properties as well.Where is your hotel for the first nite? Downtown is also acceptable? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
