I am new to priceline and am looking to get a room at the Golden Nugget. Is this the only 4 star in this area??

And are there any suggestions to bidding stratagies for this?

Are you going to use priceline or HOTWIRE ?? You are asking about Priceline and list amenities for HOTWIRE

Golden Nugget is the the only reported 4* hotel (Freemont street) for the moment at Priceline. But that don't exclude the possibility to get another hotel. Zones and ratings change all the time.

The HOTWIRE amenities you have listed is a match for Golden Nugget, so that would be a good guess. Please use this HOTWIRE link if you decide to go for the hotel.
