Thank you for sharing your win with the board... sorry to hear you're not happy with the results.

Given the reviews, i would contact Priceline and question their star rating, informing them that you're not happy with the results and don't consider this to be a 3 star property... it seems like a reasonable complaint and is worth a shot (imo).
